• After placing your order, our customer representative will contact you to schedule a fitting appointment

• Appointments can take place in person at our showroom or via online video call, depending on your preference

• The gown will be custom-tailored to your measurements

• The production time is 15 days and includes two fittings

• For sizes 44 and above, a 20% additional fee will be applied

• A 20% surcharge applies to custom design modification requests

• Since the gown is tailored specifically for you, returns are not accepted unless there is an error caused by Betül Saday

Rental Terms (for Istanbul):

• The gown is rented for 5 days and will be ready for pickup from our showroom 2 days before your special day

Delivery ; When renting the product, you must notify us of the day you will wear it.

Your orders are shipped so that they reach you 2 days before the day you want to wear them.

When your dress is shipped, you will be sent a cargo tracking code.

Your product delivery will be made via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Return ; The rented dress must be returned within the first business day after it is worn.

You can return your dresses to any Yurtiçi Kargo Branch using the code found on your package
