• For sizes 44 and above, a 20% additional fee will be applied

• A 20% surcharge applies to custom design modifications

• Due to the made-to-measure nature of this gown, returns are not accepted unless there is a fault caused by Betül Saday

Rental Terms:

• For rentals within Istanbul, the gown is rented for 5 days and can be collected from our showroom 2 days before your special day

• For rentals outside Istanbul, the rental period is 7 days, and the gown will be delivered 2 days before the event

• Late returns will incur a fee of 3,000 TL per day

• If damage is detected, the cost will be assessed and communicated accordingly

Delivery ; When renting the product, you must notify us of the day you will wear it.

Your orders are shipped so that they reach you 2 days before the day you want to wear them.

When your dress is shipped, you will be sent a cargo tracking code.

Your product delivery will be made via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Return ; The rented dress must be returned within the first business day after it is worn.

You can return your dresses to any Yurtiçi Kargo Branch using the code found on your package
