• The product is shipped with a special garment bag and shawl.
  
• The product will be dry cleaned by our company.
• No modifications or alterations can be made to rented items.
• For rentals within Istanbul, dresses are rented for 3 days and returned one day before your special occasion.
• For rentals outside of Istanbul, the rental period is 5 days, and the dress is returned 1-2 days before the event.
• If the delivery deadline is exceeded, a delay fee of 1500 TL will be charged for each day of delay.

Delivery ; When renting the product, you must notify us of the day you will wear it.

Your orders are shipped so that they reach you 2 days before the day you want to wear them.

When your dress is shipped, you will be sent a cargo tracking code.

Your product delivery will be made via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Return ; The rented dress must be returned within the first business day after it is worn.

You can return your dresses to any Yurtiçi Kargo Branch using the code found on your package.

Do not machine wash, dry cleaning is recommended
